Description: Thunder Dragon is a Lighting Ninjutsu based technique only used by the members of the Denkou clan members that have obtained the Joukai Raidengan. After activated the Joukai Raidengan a thunder storm will automatically generate over the area due to its effect. Now After Shika has preformed the needed hand signs for this jutsu, A dragon will form in the sky from the dark clouds and come down to the ground. The dragon shaped cloud will have a powerful armor of Lighting around it, and little sparks of Lighting running threw the whole thing. Once the dragon has hit the ground, it will send a powerful bolt of lighting threw the ground and at all Shinobi within a half a mile radius. Once the Lighting has reached its opponents it will emerge from the ground and into that persons foot sending an electric charge threw there body which will paralyze them, and will soon kill them once it reaches their heart.

Once focused enough Chakra into his scythe Shika can swing his scythe hard enough that it will send a powerful gust of wind at whoever he wants to, and the gust of wind is in the shape of his scythe blade so it can cut straight threw someones body if they allow them selfs to get hit by the full extent of the jutsu.

Description:This Jutsu is used by Shikamatsu after he was able to combine both elements into one jutsu. After formed the needed hand signs, Shika will generate his Raiton chakra and his Fuuton Chakra into his lungs building up a great amount of each. Once Shika thinks the jutsu is ready he will exhale allowing a large amount of wind to shoot at his opponent. But this wind isn't strong enough to cause someone to go flying, instead it was meant to be a distraction and only make the opponent get sent back a couple feet. Meanwhile little cracks of Lighting will begin in generate within the winds power and attack the opponent, now each time the Lighting strikes the opponent it will do three things. First is that it will numb that stop, Second is that the Lighting will become more powerful, And third is that it will immediately burn that person because its the Joukai Raidengan's white lighting . This jutsu can kill someone if they allow themselves to let the Lighting reach its fullest and it will only take three strikes to be at its fullest only because of the type of Lighting it is
