then i have to go with 64 palms because even though chidori can kill you when hit in a vital spot you have to be right up to an opponent to hit them and also to try and not get hit by the palms you would probably only hit a minor spot and if you hit chiroi and either miss or barely hit the opponent you leave yourself wide open and then your hit with 4 palms before you can get back

primary lotus for one it does MUCH more damage than lions barrage which could even kill the opponent but lions barrage can only injure or knock out an opponent at the most despite how many hits the user deals to the opponent since primary lotus actually piledrives your opponents skull into the ground which can kill depending on how much strength you use and what is on the floor like a steel floor or makibishi spikes (prefect combo in my opinion lol)

if you mean kirin (not karin cause she would get owned by tsukuyomi lol) then i say kirin cause the user of kirin has to look into the opponents eyes (or finger if the user is itachi) which they wouldnt do especially since they might be at a far distance to even see there eyes and while the opponent activates tsukuyomi there stomped by kirin

chidori senbon vs. 1000 needles of death (the one jutsu haku used to make needles of ice but instead of throwing them into the opponent there thrown at there direction and they counter with chidori senbon)

the chidori is lightning inside little senbons that makes your body really numb. 1000 needles of death anybody can take the hits of this.

Lightning Blade. Chidori beat Rasengan, Naruto was KN1 and Sasuke was CS2, they were the same powerups. Chidori won fair and square. Chidori is also just a weaker reinforcment of Lightning Blade/ Raikiri.

no xD crystal ice mirrors wins definatley because hidden mist jutsu really does no harm to someone it just blind them from seeing the enemy and is good for assasination attacks but with crystal ice mirrors to make sure you are silent killed you can just sit there and hide in a crystal ice mirror so you dont get killed and just throw senbon etc. whenever you happen to see the enemy

hmmm.......i would say rotation because chidori is a raiton and since rotation requires spinning extremley fast while releasing chakra i would consider rotation a wind style jutsu and wind beats lightning
