Description: A touture chamber is formed. The oppent is strap to a table. Needles are form and place to use has toutre implents to cause has much pain has possible. This is used to get information out of a enmey, or to force them to do something. The touture chamber is low maintence of Chakra and can be used to Slowly destroy the brain of the user. Is only ussed as last resort to squeeze information out.
