yahiko's right but this is his clan jutsu which your wrong, if i was in rinnegan doujutsu if im a genin i could still have lots of S-rank-jutsu. But yea yahiko's right have lesser jutsu. If you put these jutsu in your clan then you can wait to use them but if you make a topic that means you have it know and thats why you cant use to many C-ranks.
