description: the user spits a small stream of water out of there mouth to the ground in front of them the liquid freezes and forms into a small pedestal in front of the user which can be used to block any E D or C rank jutsu or the user can constantly punch the pedestal because each time they punch the pedestal the y break it just a little and fire a perfect circular peice of ice that is very thin however these sheet like peices are also extremley sharp sharper than the blades of the demon wind shuriken they ice sheet blades are so sharp that they can cleanly cut through a 2 inch thick steel wall and can do major damage and may crush bones however the sheets or pedestal can be melted by a B rank or hire fire style, or magma release technique
