Raikage wins , Gaara uses "Sand" and sand is Earth , and the raikage uses "Lighting" , he can't escape any sand attack using , The lighting armor and he could use Body strength to overpower sand coffin and all of gaara killer moves.

i still disagree, gaara fought deidara for 3 episodes spamming sand an never got tired. even when he used his chakra to bring all the sand village sand to block c3. he never showed any type of emotion like he lost chakra. raikage has way less chakra then gaara, which mean either they tie or gaara wins.

Within Part I, Rock Lee without his training-weights attained speeds which greatly surpassed that of Gaara's sand, and that was with the presence of his Bijuu. Theoretically, wouldn't the lack of Shakaku somewhat influence the movement of sand?

exactly, thats why i think its a tie. they fight till no more chakra left. if gaara still had his tail beast then he could easily get more chakra after they run out but thats not the case.

We've seen this when Sasuke cut through Gaara's sand shield. Besides, if the Raikage put on his Lightning armor he could just stand in place and Gaara wouldn't be able to touch him anyway. I don't see any options for Gaara in this battle.

All this proves is that Gaara might be able to end this battle in a stalemate. That is his best possible option: To run away as far and as fast as he can.

A location would help this match so much.

If it's in a desert, Gaara wins because he has unlimited Sand therefore he is invunerable to any attacks Raikage throws.

If a forest, Gaara has a stalemate, because they'd just end up tiring each other out.

How would a bunch of sand make Gaara invulnerable? Lightning cuts right through his sand. Lightning armor would simply neutralize it, making it worthless.

Okay here is the thing both ninja are both kage; however, one has been in business longer than the other. All it requires is tactics...heres how one input may play out. Like Hyuga says the Kazekage can't be hit because he is far away however his sand runs on his chakra...though it be a long episode at that, but his chakra can easyily die out but I doubt that so they might make so that one of them grows impacient. My guess is that it will be gaara seeing how he Has not the capacity of the old mind like the raikage does. So gaara will try out sand coffin where then the raikage can summon a jutsu such as the flying thunder god and break not only the jutsu but break gaara to hit the ground. Though thats one input there are several more...this is just my thinking....

i agree with itchi but we haven't seen raikage use that jutsu so we cant assume he has that jutsu.

Raikage could always use Guillotine Drop to Jump up in the aky and try to get gaara , After covering himself in his Lightning Release Armor, he jumps into the air and preforms a downward kick on Gaara , and when he jumps gaara wont have the time to move because of Lightning Release Armor it gives him great amount of speed .

I think Gaara Starts Losing and then they have a FlashBack from when he was capture by Sasori and Deidara and he somehow becomes strong and kills the raikage .
