The 4th Hokage vs. The 4th Raikage

Since I add this wherever I go, I'll just add it here. I really have no reason for this, I just do. I've had people go both ways on this.

I'm sure you know these two. It's Minato against A. I'm not going to tone down their abilities at all. Both of them are at full strength. There are no battlefield restrictions. It's just a big grassy field with no obstacles to hinder or help them. Who would win?

Yeah, that is the way I feel about this one. I generally can find holes in why one would beat the other, but then find ways for the other to counteract what I said. So I leave it up to you guys.

Don't forget this, Yondaime was the creator of the rasengan and the true toad summoner. Though the the Raikage could easily match that, he lacks the mental power of using agility and tactics as much as the Yellow Flash does which is why he was made kage at a young age. Also why he died at a young age because of his mental and physical capabilities. Now before you go arguing with me use your mental thoughts for a second, Yondaime is a master in Douton Chakra nature and the Raikage in Raiton. Now both know other elemental attacks they mostly use the ones inclined to their chakra nature because of less strain. Now lightning and earth cancel out each other so both would easily lose if they clash the jutsu just right to send of a chain reaction. Say Flying thunder god and earth dragon bullet, they both end up in the collision and be brutally hurt. Then again itchi made a point of the kunai transporting technique, you remember when i mentioned agility well that is because yondaime can easily transport to the other side unharmed evasing the attack and the raikage would be open to another attack which forth the collossion weakened him to a good extent where the hokage can jutsu use a very simple jutsu to finish the raikage off. My rights on this debate are dedicated to the Yondaime Hokage.

Actually, it's not totally right. Lightning beats Earth, somehow, though it doesn't make sense. And when did we learn that Minato has Earth Style? But the rest of your argument works out.

yea minato wins. good battle though but in the series they would of made minato stomp raikage.
