Clan Name: Kumori
History/Legend of the Clan:The Kumori Clan was one of the first clans to reside in Kumogakure. During the early years of the village, the Kumori Clan was considered
to be the most powerful clan in Kumogakure. The clan was superior to
every other clan residing within the village in strength, as well as
the amount living members. Unfortunately, as generations passed, the
clan gradually lost its superiority. There were exactly fourteen living
members of the clan once Naito was born, making Naito the last member
to ever have been born into the clan.
When Kumogakure was still young, the clan owned a small residential district. As was needed for the clan, the district had many houses. However, as Kumogakure grew in population, the Kumori Clan was reducing in members. During the time of
Sandaime Raikage, the clan downsized, selling off their district to
Kumogakure, and used some of that money to build a residential building
for the clan’s inhabitants.
Elder Hanjibo, who was Kazaharku’s father, was once the leader of the Kumori Clan. But when his son Kazaharku inherited Tenraigan, he stepped down, placing Kazaharku as the new leader of the clan. As his last decision before he passed on
his authority, he ordered that no one was permitted to discuss
Tenraigan, unless in a clan meeting, or with the current leader of the
clan’s permission. This rule was created to protect the secrets of
Tenraigan from becoming well known throughout the world. When Kazaharku
died, Elder Hanjibo reclaimed authority of the clan. When Kiseido Yuto
killed everyone in the clan, with the exceptions of Ikazuchi and Naito
who were both sent away into the care of another village. Naito would
become the new leader.
According to legend, the Kumori Clan was
chosen by, God of Shadows to be the absolute masters above all at
performing Manipulation techniques. It is also said, that when a Kumori
proves himself worthy to the God Of Shadows by becoming incredibly
strong, he will bless that Kumori by granting him the powers of,
“Tenraigan” (Literally meaning, “Havenly Eye”). This is the extremely
rare Kekkei Genkai of the clan. Throughout history, only three Kumori
Clan members have ever possessed it. Kumori Gendurai, who was the first
to have this power, lived when Shodai Raikage served. He inherited
these eyes at the age of Thirty-One years and mastered all of its
abilities by age Thirty-Three. When he was the age of Thirty-Five
years.
The second to ever inherit these eyes was Ikazuchi
& Naito’s father, Kumori Kazaharku who lived when Sandaime Raikage
and Yondaime Raikage served. He inherited these same eyes at the age of
Twenty-Three years old. By age Twenty-Five, he mastered all of its
abilities. Naito was sent to Iwagakure as a present from the Kumo
Raikage at the age of five, so all the fighting could end. Naito who
was the last to inherit these eyes, inherited them at the young age of
12 years. Naito had mastered all of Tenraigan’s abilities a year later
at the age of 15 years. Because of this, Naito is definitely the
strongest Kumori to ever arise from the clan.What Naito didn't know is
that he had a elder brother who was born before him. Ikazuchi was left
in the Konoha village during a trip with his family. Naito and his
brother were sepreated. Ikazuchi also inherited the eyes when he was
young and know uses them for the sake of good unlike his brother.
Clan Powers and Summonings:

Description:
Nekurai
is the Raiton Ninjutsu of the Kumori Clan. It is performed like other
Raiton techniques; the only difference is that when performed by a
Kumori, it will be generated into a dark-purple color or White, rather
than blue. This is because Denkou no Tenshu (Literally meaning, "God of
Shadows") chose the Kumori Clan to become the absolute masters of the
Raiton element. Denkou no Tenshu transformed the chakra in every Kumori
Clan member, to make them all have an affinity for the Raiton element,
and changed the color of their electricity to symbolize the Shadow
God's presence among the Kumori Clan. The normal version of Nekurai
consists of forming chakra in the palm of a hand, and generating it
into electricity. Upon impact, the sphere of electricity will explode,
destroying the target. Thus, this technique is very powerful. Kumori
Users that receive this part of the Tenraigan eye are able to use different variations of the jutsus with there perspective style.

Description:
The user will take electric particles from the air and bring them
together in his metal bracelet. The Kumori clan member will then create
a barrage of ball shaped chakra, and let them flow throw the air. He
then uses it as a Shield/Weapon for Attacking/Deffense. The Kumori Clan
Member can then launch the balls and control/maneuver them in an style
he wishes.

Description:
This is the fifth and last ability of Tenraigan. This ability is by far
the most difficult ability to master. The user must make the dark
colored rings around the pupils to rotate, circling around both pupils
somewhat fast. This form of Tenraigan is then called the, "Tengen:
Tenraigan" (Literally meaning, "Origin of Heaven: Havenly Eye"). The
user then forms the needed hand seals, and sacrifices a large portion of
his chakra to Denkou no Tenshu, in order to summon a bolt of lightning.
The sacrifice needed to perform this technique is at least 85% of the
average amount of chakra a Jounin would have. The more chakra
sacrificed, the greater the bolt of lightning is. The poser Binds the
the lightning with his chakra to take control of it and launch multiple
attacks in a 3 post period. A known Kumori strategy is that when using
the jutsu the user will try to make contact with his opponent, ounce he
has contact the user will surround his opponent with the lightning and
implode his self and the user in a great sacrifice. Once this technique
has been used, the possessor's eyes will become temporarily blind,
lasting about one minute. During that minute, the user's eyes will feel
a sharp and burning sensation. Afterwards, the user's eyes will
slightly burn for the next day or so. This technique may only be used
once every seven days. If the user attempts to use Rakurai twice within
a seven day period, Denkou no Tenshu will burn the eyes out of the
possessor's sockets, and the user will then die a very painful death
because of this. The bolt of lightning sent by Denkou no Tenshu is a
blue color instead of white, and is the same color as the electricity
seen with, "Nekurai."

Discription:
This effect allows members to create distortions to the human body. The
ability can be used without predefined locations and without hand
seals. When he uses the effect to distort the body it is the ability to
take organs such as the heart and kill his opponent, but this move is
only successful at close range and it takes one minute to prepare.
When performed his body goes numb from the feet up. Naito must be absolutely persist when using this move or the results will be deadly.
This ability drains a lot out of Naito, so when used he will usually
thinks a head of time and plans a escape before use, or allows his
partner to take over. Naito likes to call them Black Eyes, because at
his visual appearance it looks like an eye staring at you. He is seen
saying "Black Eye Appear" in some moments to tease and frighten his
Pray/Opponent. When the black eye appears a rip will form on the enemies
body Naito will remove any organ he want's to complete kill his
opponent. Like i said before this attack takes one minute to prepare
and at close range, which is impossible for Naito to do with out and
help or comrades by his side. Naito's abilities are heightened there
strength, speed, agility, intelligence, and chakra are all said to be
increased with powers unknown to a Kumori member. Naito only now coming
into this new jutsu is only able to reach half of its expectancy.
Another effect of Tenraigan's Blood is simple, Naito has the ability to
create jutsus with out hand seals by think of the jutsu. This effect
gives Naito more than enough time for a accurate hit to the oppenet.
When use the Eye turns from 4 pupil to 2 pupil and has a green sinter.
Tenraigan's Blood Jutsu

Description:
This ability allows Kiku to undergo lengthened periods of holdings
one's breath. The air in the lungs is continually recycled and extends
a user's ability to hold breath longer than normal. Whoever this can
only be done once for every period one attempts to hold their breath,
and lasts for three posts additional posts.

Description:
This is the third jutsu of Tenraigan's Blood . After targeting a
certain area with his eye, the user will cause the area to rapidly
decay into non existence. This decay is forced and very violent on the
atmoic level and takes significant amounts of power. However the trade
off is that this can intercept anything up to an S-rank elemental
attack. This is B-rank since this can hit a limited area, unlike an eye
technique say like Amaterasu that can actually spread. This cannot
disintegrate everything in one glance and it can not disintegrate an
enemy, it is used for defensive purposes. It takes two posts, including
casting post, for complete disintegration.

Description:
Unlike his abilities that require only one of the senses, this requires
visual contact with the target. Upon seeing them form necessary hand
seals, the user can predict whether the upcoming attack is a

useful technique to help plan and stay in the fight.

Description:
Upon the activation of Tenraigan's Blood, the user will have tracking
powers exceeding the ancestral Uchiha Sharingan. By looking into the
realm of time, the user will be able to see a few seconds into the
future and anticipate an opponent's movement, and even catch the
beginnings of an attack. However extended sight into the future will
cause the eyes to decay and the speed of all ofensive jutsus to slower.

Description:
This utterly seals all the senses of the opponent. Upon activating
Tenraigan's Blood, the user will target either the person's eyes (eye
to eye contact) or a certain object. If an object is targeted a strange
seal reading 'Abyss' will appear. Upon looking at that object with the
seal, a person will first be temporarily trapped in an illusion as
their senses will be pealed away. This can also be performed in
genjutsu induced environments. However this seal can only be used once,
but can affect multiple people and lasts until the user dismisses it.
Black Raiton Jutsu

Black Raiton
The
Dark Powered Lightning Release is only know to Raigen Kumori, because
of his Tenraigan defect, strengthing his powers of lightning it is
shown to match the powers of Ametursa. Black Raiton techniques are
jutsu that convert the user's chakra into dark natured electricity.
Because of this, they require great deal of chakra to be performed. Ths
can only be perfomred by a Kumori as it they are the only ones with
this current unqie trait at the moment. Black Raiton techniques are
fast-moving, easily able to pierce matter, and tend to numb and burns
to the target. Black Raiton techniques are strong against any elemental
affinity particulary Earth Release and can be blocked by any other
types of dark affinities.
Black Nekurai: Projecting Orb [Heavan,s Lightning: Tsukideta Kyuutai]:

Description:
This
is one of Raigen’s customized Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Raiton
element. After performing the needed handseals, Raigen will concentrate
chakra in the center of his mouth and transform it into electricity.

exploding upon impact.
Black Nekurai Tornado [Heavan's Lightning Tatsumaki]:

Description:
This
technique is performed almost the same way as Raigen's Spinning Tornado
technique. After performing a string of handseals, Raigen will infuse
chakra with the blade of his sword. Next, he will swipe the air with
his sword a few times. The swiping creates a small spiraling rotation,
and he also sends chakra into the air at the same time. He will then
hold a handsign together and maintain the rotation of the air until it
is a powerful tornado like rotation. When ready, Raigen will transform
some of the chakra spinning in the rotation into electricity. Anyone
caught in this technique will be electrocuted, casuing either death or
skipping heart rates

performing a set of handseals, Raigen will generate his Black Nekurai
electricity around his body. This electricity will spin around him,

Black Nekurai: Beak of Death [Heavan's Lightning: Zetsumei no Kuchibashi]:

Description:
This
is a customary Ninjutsu technique of Raigen's, that utilizes his
Heavanly lightning. After creating electricity in his hand, Raigen will
send out a large bird created from his black colored lightning, to
quickly attack his target. A connection of visible electricity will run
from his hand to the bird itself, limiting its range. Upon impact, but
not before it releases black lightning through the enemies boy. The
bird will explode and cause electricity to erupt around the area of
impact.
Black Nekurai Clone Technique [Heavan's Lightning Bunshin no Jutsu]:

This
is a customized Ninjutsu technique that utilizes Raigen's black colored
lightning to create a clone. It has every ability that a regular shadow

which will shock anything within 5 meter.

Nekurai is the Raiton Ninjutsu of the Kumori Clan it’s the enhanced
version of the regular Nekurai, only used by Raigen.. It is performed
like other Raiton techniques; the only difference is that when
performed by a Kumori, it will be generated into a Pitch black color,
rather than the usual purple or white. This is because Denkou no Tenshu
(Literally meaning, "God of Shadows") chose the Kumori Clan to become
the absolute masters of the Raiton element. Denkou no Tenshu
transformed the chakra in every Kumori Clan member, to make them all
have an affinity for the Raiton element, and changed the color of their
electricity to symbolize the Shadow God's presence among the Kumori
Clan. The normal version of Nekurai consists of forming chakra in the
palm of a hand, and generating it into electricity. This version of
Nekurai consists on forming chakra on any part of the body, even
covering the body in a veil of Black Raiton Upon impact, the sphere of
electricity will explode, destroying the target. Thus, this technique
is very powerful. Kumori Users that recive this part of the Tenraigan
eye are able to use diffrent variations of the jutsus with there
perspective style. Ikazuchi and Raigen are the two ninja currently able
to do this.
Black Raigan: {Dark Raiton: Tenraigan’s Eclipse}
Utilizing
two assets the user will Engage in summoning Dark Natured Lightning
around his body. Controlling it with Tenraigan the user gathers the
dark lightning around the lower arm, mostly the palm of the hand. This
technique only know to the current suggested members of Kumori,
Ikazuchi & Raigen, them begging the only ones to be able to utilize
dark natures lightning. This jutsu can only be performed while using
Tenraigan and can only be perfected by a Tenraigan user. Draining most
of the users chakra the body is set into an unconscious mind set,
leaving them in this state for a period of 15 minutes. Causing external
and little internal damage, the Dark Natured Lightning can enter the
body and screw with the Nervous System, messing with body control. Yet
these effects only appear after the jutsu leaves the body. While
projecting the Dark Lightning the user is subjected to a dark aura
which surround his body whether or not an existing aura is there. In the
case a Bijuu Host uses this technique all chakra sources with the Bijuu
are cut, keep the main host’s chakra source flowing, and only taking
the users chakra. The physical appearance of the Dark Natured Lightning
which surrounds the palm of the hand, is identical to that of a black
hole. Acting as one its self, but with different self properties. In
general relativity, using a recessive trait of the Tenraigan the user
forms a region of space in which the gravitational field is so powerful
that nothing, not even light, can escape. It has a one-way surface,
called an event horizon, into which objects can fall, but out of which
nothing can come. Which is so commonly suggested as a black hole. In
this case the Dark Natured Lightning interacts with the properties of
the black hole. Weaving its way throw the internal structures causing
the external appearance to be consumed in a black lightning, so instead
of sucking the user inside it only sucks the user towards the blast.
It may not be that powerful to hold down the enemy completely, but it
can lock on to one single person and prevent escape. Explain he total
destruction which can be caused by Black Raigan is simple, but the
actual break down is rather difficult. Ounce on contact the opposing
enemies body will be devoured in a massive blanket of lightning
complete frying the Nervous System preventing escape. At this point the
user of the attack is most vulnerable and can be attacked. Why? Because
the user has to release the concentrated chakra source and launch in
into his opponents body. After the Nervous system is disrupted and
token out of the equation, the body is ripped apart by the gases. This
gas spirals outward, heating up to very high temperatures and emitting
large amounts of radiation that burns flesh, killing the target. Yet
both effects are great to use, but only when the full style and art of
this technique is mastered. If not the same result will always occur,
the spiraling form of chakra will launch inward towards the target
hindering it useless by shocking it. Then hurling it yards away from
the user. Though this is less powerful version of the technique it
still takes the same amount of chakra to perform it. Making this an
attack you would like to use ounce, or more if you choose. “Hey Its
Your Life!”

the dinokraizi clan also known as the fossils and this is its history the dinokraizi plan was nothing more than a lowly village the villagers where always bored. because there was nothing more to do than the daily schedule bath,fish,work,sleep. the village was a bore but always when somebody came to the clan they would notice the only difference between all of them. the only difference from the whole clan,his name was Tiro rexinime (t-rex for short) he invented things nobody even thought. he was the first person to invent bungee jumping (that was actually by accident.he just jumped of a cliff for fun and a vine got stuck to his leg) anywaythe point is he was different the whole village thought he was just a bother. they actually developed a hatred for him as the years went by tiro rexinime made new ways to survive without civillasetion.he wanted to show the village his findings but they couldnt care less.finally village had enough of his ranthings so they vanish him to the woods none could live there because they didnt care less to learn but t-rex wasnt no one he was THE ONE he live.with no worrys
