good well you dont need to sign a contracts with dragons cause you already did when you awakened the drakinkyugan now draw some blood a=on your hand and do the kuchiyose no jutsu (summoning jutsu) and summon the galaxius dragon ill show you an example exceprt with one of my favorites

a cloud of smoke explodes and then reveals me standing on the middle head of the 7 headed hydra dragon

you will focus chakra in your hands and form liottle dragon scales in your hands and use them like shuriken they are much stronger than normal shuriken

i form scale shuriken and throw them at a tree and they make clean cuts through the tree

try making some
