Bloodline: Rinnegan
This bloodline has not Levels. This is not a clan but a rare bloodline passed from one parent to another. This is unquie and only has one current user at a time.
Bloodline Effects:
User gains the ability to see chakra to even a greater extent than the Byukugan. This renders any and all Clones useless.
User gains the ability to understand, know, and learn any and all jutsu to include Hidden and Kekkei Genki based Jutsu.
All Jutsu used has their chakra costs reduced by half the amount.
User can modify their chakra nature types on the go allowing them to use any chakra. They can not have more nature points that what is allowed at their level. This can be used once a turn.
The user gains the abilitiy untilize the special paths.

The Deva Path (天道, Tendō), the first of the Six Paths of Pain to be shown, was the body of Yahiko. It was the most often seen and used of the six paths, and acted as Nagato's representative during Akatsuki meetings. Its main abilities revolved around manipulating gravity, allowing it to repel or attract objects. The Deva Path was permanently incapacitated after its chakra receivers were removed from its body following its defeat by Naruto Uzumaki's Rasengan. Konan took this body, along with Nagato's body, after he died, and returned them to Amegakure.


The Animal Path (畜生道, Chikushōdō) was the second of Nagato's Six Paths of Pain to be shown. It is the only path shown to have existed as two different bodies. The first Animal Path was captured by Jiraiya and sent to Konoha for study. It was replaced with a female body and the original was later recovered and destroyed by the Preta Path during the invasion of Pain. The second Animal Path was later incapacitated by Naruto's Sage Technique: Rasenrengan.


The Preta Path (餓鬼道, Gakidō) was the third of Nagato's Six Paths of Pain to be shown. It was incapacitated during the invasion of Pain after it absorbed too much of Naruto Uzumaki's senjutsu chakra and turned into a toad statue.


The Human Path (人間道, Ningendō) was the fourth of Nagato's Six Paths of Pain to be shown. It was destroyed during the Invasion of Pain after it was struck by Naruto Uzumaki's Wind Release: Rasenshuriken.


The Asura Path (修羅道, Shuradō) was the fifth of Nagato's Six Paths of Pain to be shown. It was destroyed twice during the invasion of Pain, first by Kakashi's Lightning Cutter and then for a second time by Naruto's Rasengan.

The Naraka Path (地獄道, Jigokudō) was the sixth of Nagato's Six Paths of Pain to be shown. It was incapacitated during the invasion of Pain by Naruto Uzumaki's Sage Technique: Rasenrengan.

The Outer Path (外道, Gedō) is the seventh path of Pain, not included with the main Six Paths of Pain. It has control over Life and Death. When used by the Naraka Path, it's used for interrogation and rejuvenation.


Weaknesses : Each Path Count's as a s-rank jutsu , Each path when summon causes the user to lose 50 chakra points per each path , The paths can use any jutsu they desire but every jutsu they use will decrease the user chakra 10-50 points , if the paths uses a , d-rank ( 10 chakra point ) and per each rank of the jutsu the user loses that amount of chakra .
