wind dragon art: hurricane portal spear

description: torna takes a large breath then exhales firing a large hurricane from his mouth the hurricane forms into a spear of wind that will make clean cuts through a 6.5 inch thick steel barrier he can fire around 3 hurricane spears at once

damage: hit by all 3 spears is 100 hit by 2 is 70 hit by 1 is 60

description: torna rapidly spins around his master forming a giant hurricane around them though not hurting the user because the master is in the eye of the hurricane where there isnt that much strong wind at the hurricane will block any earth or lightning attack hitting a water style attack will form a water spear where the user can jump out of the water spiral and fire it at the enemy if hit by fire the user can have some time to escape the hurricane but will hurt them if not he can fire the hurricane if he desires
