description: despite the name it is not an actual "dragon god" it is simply a kinjutsu that requires major skill with chakra pinpointing the user forces their chakra into the center of there forehead which creates a small open cavity on there forehead the same shape that our eye sockets have this jutsu is only used for having a "third eye" for example you can use this jutsu to take the eye of someone who posseses the rinnegan and have it in the third eye possesing one rinnegan and 2 drakinkyugan however you can only use this jutsu ONCE and can never use it again afterward but you can constantly tranplant eyes in the third socket for example say you use this to transplant the byakugan in the third socket but you decide to get the sharingan you can take out the byakugan eye and put it in the socket the byakugan was in rather than a drakinkyugan eye

NOTE: this jutsu can only be used once if used you can never use it again but you can transplant the eye you have in the third socket

status ailments: the user permanentley has a socket in there forehead and can make them have 3 eyes

this is a different way of a jutsu unlike your clans jutsu we use the power of our own chakra to tear away a part of aur forehead to make a third socekt plus when we first use it there is NO EYE in that socket it is only a socket until we transplant an eye into that socket for example say we use this technique it wont givwe us a third eye we do that ourselves by stealing someones eye then placing it in that socket
