Description: The user does a basic hazen strike but instead its a Miracle Strick, iT will auto-matically kill and opponett because it attacks the heart so hard making the heart stop, after that there dead. This jutsu can only be used two times, if you miss its your problem. After hitting the technique or trying you cant use that arm for 4 post, meaning 4 minutes.
Requirement: Incomplete Byakugan
People Who can use: Only me, ask me if your a hyuuga clan evoulution member i'll train you.

Genin: Can never use
Chuunin: Have to hit the technique twice to damage the opponett were they cant stand.
Jouunin: Auto-matic kill, can only try once
Anbu: Auto-matic kill, Can use three times, first time can use without getting hurt second time loss arm, third lose the other
Kage: Can attempt twice to not get hit after that the same effects from anbu, Automattic kill.

But it attacks the heart which if hit in the heart by gental fist is brutal, im useing all the chakra inside the muscle of your arm to blow the heart of of beat making it stop.
And the rules say you can have a over power attack as long as it has a great weakness.

I know but the gental fist you need to make total contact with them to do so. But useing gental fist hazen strick just the vibrations can kill the user just incase they try and jump away or run. But what ever i'll delete it i guess, i thought it was a good jutsu for the clan.
