description: in order for people to even get to the gates of heaven where totsukikakiru test them people must first go through sosukyomeiru first he blocks your path from even reaching the clouds in the sky he is the guardian of the sky and clouds it is said he only appears on earth if something threatens to destroy nature itself he wishes to protect the earth from any terrible evil he has special techniques heres a list of his abilities the user chants sosuky's heavenly chant then smacks there hand on the ground and sosuky will emerge from the clouds to there aid

sky guardian art: gatekeepers lock

rank: S this technique is where sosuky forms a lock out of energy he then takes a key and locks it the lock then grows thousands of chains andattempt to bind up the enemy for 4 turns immobilizing them

description: some of sosuky's wings have feathers on the tips of his wings he tears off these feathers and they glow with a beutiful silver glistening light and he throws these feathers at the enemy like kunai the feaths harden to be as strong as kunai if one hits the enemy the part where the feather hit them arm,leg,etc. becomes completley numb and cant function properly for 2 turns if you hit there arms the enemy cant perform jutsu that need handsigns for 2 trns or immobilize them by hitting them in the legs

sky guardian art: glistening darkness eradicator

description: sosuky banishes any darkness that attempts to reach heaven with this technique he forms a ball of glittering light in his palms and fire it at the enemy this attack will temporarily blind the enemy for 2 turns if they are 10 meters within the balls range not only that the if the light hits them it phases into the inside of there body iof so then the dragon claps his hands and the orb of light explodes into there body rupturing vital organs and could even damage the brain scarmbling up there nerves they wont move properly for 2 turns and this also causes heavy damage to

description:the dragon circles his arms and forms a golden halo he throws it in front of him or at the caster of his summoning and the halo will become a shield blocking any B rank and below jutsu
