description: the dragon gods are the embodiments of the world they are feared by many ninja only few have survived facing at least one of the gods and lived to tell the tale levimikiru is the dragon god of the oceans he is said to only appear if the oceans of the world are in great and terrible danger the user does multiple hand signs and slaps there palm on the ground the ground suddenly starts to flow water and levimikiru spears from the ground forming a body of water around him he also has special techniques like totsukikakiru,sukogarukyo and sunagarumikyo heres a list of his techniques

description: the dragon emits a screech and attempts to bind the enemy with his tail if succesful the dragon will pull the captured enemy to him and while crushing there body with his tail he slams them to the ground before him then divebombs into them head first causing major damage

description: the dragon backs up then slams his tail on the ground before him suddenly seconds after the slam a gigantic wave emerges from the ground in front of him and forms into the greek god of the ocean poseidons face the poseidon formed wave then attempts to crash into the enemy drowning them in a wave of terror

description: the dragon emits droplets of water from its tear ducts before they fall to the ground he screeches and suddenly the drops stay floating in the air with another screech the droplets fire at the enemy as mini sized bullets that can deal damage and pain if the dragon is near a body of water he can use the water instead making these bullets a little stronger

description: the dragon stands next to its master and spins rapidly around them the dragon the emits water from its pores and stays in the air using its energy to form a large sphere of water enveloping the dragon and its master as a defense this water technique can block any fire style attack however if hit by a magma release it turns to stone and crumbles and breaks if hit by lightning style the sphere damages the dragon and user this defense can also block any other element jutsus of E rank to B rank

NOTE: this technique can only be used twice per battle

description: the dragon emits water from its pores the water then forms into 2 human sized versions of itself the water replicas then attack the enemy on the left and right sides while the real dragon jumps in the air and divebombs into the enemy

downsides: the user fells intense pain in the hand they used to summon the dragon for 3 turns
